JOB DESCRIPTION
Position:       IT Intern
Department:     SCM
Report To:      Process Improvement Leader
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update department webpage
Write and modify macro's
Maintain and upkeep Avaya phone system (CMS)
Create reports in business objects
Project related IT support
Professional Skills Required:
Ability to write and modify macro
Fluent English & Mandarin
Understanding of SAP, Oracle, Business objects is a plus
Experience in Supply Chain is a plus
Willingness to learn new things and a "can do-attitude"
Job Experience Required:
We are looking for a self-motivated person with a creative and pro-active mi
ndset with past working experience or an educational background in IT. Abili
ty to work under pressure is a must, as setting targets and meeting tight de
adlines are part of our business culture. Applicants should have a proven tr
ack record of abilities/skills required.
